To develop and implement community wide campaigns that will improve
immunization rates for children and adults living in Duval County.
Vision
To improve the quality of life for all residents of Duval
County by preventing disease, disability, and death from
vaccine-preventable diseases.
Priority Areas
- Increase immunization rates of low-income, minority children
living in Northwest Duval County.
- Educate parents about the importance of fully immunizing their
children.
- Educate primary care providers about changes in childhood
immunization schedules.
- Educate primary care providers about changes in childhood

- Improve Flu and Pneumococcal vaccination rates for adults and
