About Healthy Jacksonville

Healthy Jacksonville is a county-wide and community-based initiative designed and coordinated by the Duval County Healthy People 2010 Office, in collaboration with the Jacksonville/Duval County Community to improve the health and well being of all residents in Duval County.

Ensuring quality of life for all people in the communities of Jacksonville.

Mission Statement
Improve the health of Jacksonville residents by reducing disabilities and premature deaths, and eliminating health disparities by progressive health promotion, disease prevention and treatment efforts.
